Subscription Information

What if I want to change my subscription details?

To change any of your existing details including address, email, or payment on file please navigate to your account by clicking the icon in the top right of your screen. Click on the tab on the left side of the screen labeled “My Subscriptions.” From this page you can view and manage your entire subscription details.

How do I cancel my subscription?

We’re sorry to see you want to cancel your subscription. To cancel, go to the My Subscriptions page in your 1836 Account. Click cancel in the actions panel and we will make sure your subscription is deactivated. If you have a moment reach out to us and let us know if there were any issues regarding our products or services.

Gift Card Information

I never received my gift card.

You gift card is automatically processed and emailed directly to the recipient defined during checkout. We also send a copy to yourself as a fail-safe in case of delivery issues. If you or the recipient do not see your gift card, please check your junk and spam folders in case of a delivery mix-up. If you still do not see your gift card, contact us.

Are gift cards refundable?

No, gift cards are a one-time final purchase and cannot be refunded unless customer has purchased the wrong gift card amount.

Can I send a gift card to multiple recipients?

Yes! While adding your gift card to your cart, make sure to click the add additional recipients check box. Once checked, a new field will open up where you can input the additional recipients email addresses separated by commas (,). 

What if I want a different amount than what is offered?

If you want a specialized amount for your gift card please contact us. Please note that we cannot issue gift cards for under $25 and higher than $1,000. 

Shipping Information

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

The timing of your delivery depends upon the shipping method you have chosen. We typically fulfill your order within a few hours of receiving and update your account with your tracking code. Check your account to view the status of your order or contact us for further information.

Do You Ship Internationally?

At this time we do not ship internationally. However, as we grow we plan to expand our shipping capabilities to reach everyone internationally. If you are living outside of the United States and would still like to get your hands on a bottle of 1836, contact us and we will se what we can do!

How do I place an Order?

Do I need an account to place an order?

You do not need an account to place an order, just select “guest” during checkout. However, we would love for you to sign up for an account as this allows us to stay in touch about new products and makes re-ordering your favorite olive oil a breeze.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

If you created an account on our website, log in to manage your orders. If you did not create an account, please contact us regarding your order immediately.

How Do I Track My Order?

When your order has left our facility we will automatically email and post your tracking number to your account. To track your order visit the track order page.

How Can I Return a Product?

To process a return please contact us at your earliest convenience. We will send you a return label to use to send your package back to us.
